{Thank You Cards} My Little Mister

Here's a sample of one of the thank you cards I'm in the process of making for my boy's first birthday. I snapped pictures of Dean opening all of his presents the night of his party, and I thought it would be different to put a pic of him opening each guest's birthday gift to him on their thank you card. Then I added a little note on the bottom playing off the "Little Mister" theme once more. On the back, I will write a more detailed thank you to each guest from the birthday boy.

What do you think? They are a little time consuming to make, but once completed, I think they'll be really personal for each of our guests!

WELCOME MARCH -- SO HAPPY TO SEE YOU!

{Baby Boy} ~ Thank You Cards

Happy New Year! I have a feeling 2010 is going to be a great year for my family! I am so excited for my little boy to get here...2.22.10 is the day! Unless he has other plans, my c-section has been scheduled for that day. I must admit, I'm a little overwhelmed at all that I need to accomplish before he arrives. I've been working, working, working over my Christmas break to finish some of the projects I have on my "To-Do" list. In addition to painting, organizing, etc, I wanted to create Thank You cards to have on hand. This isn't something I wanted to have to think about after my little guy arrives, so I made these and had about 50 printed. They are all cut, stuffed in their envelopes and ready to go now!

Now I've got to get working on my nursery projects!

Tommy's Thank You Cards

Tommy, my friend Carolyn's 4 1/2 month old son, is being christened this weekend. She asked me to create simple thank you cards that she can send out to family and friends who attend the christening. I used a white linen paper and envelopes and three simple designs incorporating a classic blue color. Love these!
